Abstract in Portuguese | A alimentação viva (AV) se baseia no princípio da vitalidade dos alimentos. A Nutrição Complementar Integrada acolhe a AV como uma “corrente alimentar” e integra o chamado “estilo natural”. O Projeto Terrapia da Ensp/Fiocruz foi o espaço de formação dos profissionais de saúde para a pesquisa. Utilizou-se o referencial das Práticas Integrativas e Complementares, inserido nos serviços de saúde do SUS. Relatar os desenhos, entraves e possibilidades da inserção da alimentação viva nos serviços de saúde no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Este trabalho é parte dos resultados da dissertação de mestrado em Saúde Pública: "Quem sabe faz o vivo: a alimentação viva na prática de profissionais de saúde no SUS", da Ensp/Fiocruz. É um estudo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa e natureza básica que busca compreender a inserção da alimentação viva na prática de profissionais de saúde, oriundos do “Projeto Terrapia”, no âmbito do SUS. Os critérios de inclusão foram: ter formação em alimentação viva pelo “Projeto Terrapia” e atuar ou ter atuado como profissional de saúde em um serviço público. Analisou-se com a técnica de análise de conteúdo temática, nove entrevistas em profundidade do tipo semi-estruturadas. Os cenários: Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Campos do Jordão/SP, Capão Bonito/SP, Osasco/SP, Florianópolis/SC e Recife/PE, presente nos três níveis de atenção, maior na atenção básica. Os desenhos: oficinas e grupos, incorporação nas linhas de cuidado, cursos para profissionais de saúde, visitas domiciliares, datas comemorativas, ações externas, etc. Os entraves: culturais, desacreditação do usuário, trabalho normatizado, ausência de apoio institucional, incompreensão pela equipe, inexistência de espaço físico, carência de recursos financeiros. As possibilidades: criatividade, interesse do usuário, autonomia no trabalho, apoio institucional, integração da equipe, espaço físico favorável, suporte financeiro. A AV, integra a Nutrição Complementar Integrada e está presente na prática de profissionais de saúde com formação no “Projeto Terrapia” que têm/ou tiveram atuação nos serviços de saúde. A inserção é heterogênea, constituindo os desenhos do "vivo" no SUS nos três níveis de atenção. Os entraves e possibilidades encontrados estão em disputa no campo das possibilidades do cuidado e ampliação de oferta no que concerne à alimentação no serviço público. | pt_BR |
