This article seeks to analyze the trajectory and eugenic position of the English scientist Francis Galton in the first three issues of The Eugenics Review in 1909. Throughout the text,I intend to answer what were Galton's objectives with the foundation of the journal that survived for almost six decades. Thus, in bringing Galton's expectation in The Eugenics Review, I present the intentions of a journal that purported to be a thread between eugenic science and society.
