Abstract in Portuguese
Estudo
transversal, avaliativo quanti e qualitativo.
Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the influence of socioenvironmental context in the
implementation of the actions of food, nutrition and physical activity of the Expanded
Nucleus of Family Health and Basic Care directed to people with hypertension and diabetes in
Recife. Cross - sectional study, quantitative and qualitative evaluation. The driving axis was
the implementation analysis according to component 1b of Denis and Champagne and the
analysis of social geography for socio-cultural research. We performed semi-structured
interviews with Hypertensive / Diabetic Family Health users, using the HCMaps®
technological system, analyzed by Bardin content analysis, categorized in the light of the
territory / space theory of Milton Santos and Breilh and judged by Matrix of Analysis of
Judgment. The influence of socio-environmental context on the degree of implementation of
healthy eating actions and practice of physical activities directed to the users presented
favorable aspects to the implantation of these, mainly in the theme of food and nutrition.
However, the fragility of the bond with members of the family health team, as well as the lack
of physical education professionals in the nuclei, had an unfavorable influence on the
continuity of the actions. Explaining why, in a previous study of the degree of implantation
these actions were almost totally negative. For the success of interventions in public health
policies and programs it is clearly dependent on good territorial management with the
indication of the points to be prioritized in order to achieve the expected results, such as the
construction and maintenance of links with the members of Attention Basic as well as social
support and public spaces.
