Trabalho de pesquisa, identificação e análise dos filmes produzidos pelo sanitarista Dr. Noel Nutels durante sua atuação no SUSA - Serviço de Unidades Sanitárias Aéreas - (1956-1973). Considerações sobre o pensamento fílmico de Noel Nutels enquanto pensamento artístico que pertence a uma vertente do cinema documentário experimental brasileiro. Reflexão sobre a questão da alteridade enquanto paradigma para pensar tendências do cinema documentário em diferentes momentos.
Abstract
Research, identification and analysis of films produced by public health scientist Dr. Noel Nutels during his work at SUSA - Air Health Units Service - (1956-1973). Considerations on Noel Nutels' filmic thought as an artistic thought that belongs to a branch of Brazilian experimental documentary cinema. Reflection on the issue of otherness as a paradigm for thinking about trends in documentary cinema at different times.
