| Abstract in Portuguese | A fitoterapia é uma prática normalmente dificultada pela insuficiência de informações confiáveis sobre diversas drogas vegetais e seus respectivos extratos que estão disponíveis no mercado brasileiro. No sentido de orientar os prescritores na formulação e prescrição de receitas, foi realizado um levantamento das informações úteis a esta prática, contidas em dois bancos de dados informatizados e em fontes bibliográficas especializadas e organizadas em tabelas para consultas rápidas e imediatas. | en_US |

| Abstract | Phytotherapy is a therapeutic practice which is usually obstructed due
to the insufficiency of reliable information on diverse vegetal drugs
and their respective extracts that are available in the Brazilian market.
In order to help the correct driving of the receipts formulation and
prescription by the physicians, a compilation of useful information on
this theme, by collecting data in two data base and in specialized bibliographic
sources, were accomplished and organized aiming quick
