The percentage of incompleteness was calculated considering the blank filler or ignored fields of DO by Regional Health Area of residence for three-year periods considered and also the rate of proportional change of incompleteness between the two periods. Results:

Despite the incompleteness of the
decrease related to pregnancy and childbirth -related variables and the mother was observed in the second triennium incompleteness between 10 and 20 % to score regularly in the triennium 2009- 2011.Conclusions: It was observed that despite the improvement of the filling state , it is necessary to strengthen surveillance and the Committees for Prevention of Child Death qualification for completing the DC.
