| Abstract | In this work is showed a chronological description of die most relevant activities of Triatoma infestans control conducted by the Bolivian National Program of Chagas Disease from 2001 to date, with special emphasis on die Chaco Boreal Bolivia region. This review begins with the detection of T infestans resistant populations to pyrethroids at the beginning of this decade, describes the specific difficulties encountered in this region and the field tests conducted.
