O objetivo desse artigo é descrever e analisar a dinâmica de um instrumento de coordenação utilizado por
um Programa de Fomento ao Desenvolvimento Tecnológico de Insumos em Saúde, no caso, redes cooperativas.
Descrevemos e analisamos as redes cooperativas, privilegiando as relações entre os diferentes atores que dinamizam
o Programa, a presença de ferramentas de tecnologia da informação e comunicação e o compartilhamento da base
técnico-científica entre os projetos das redes cooperativas.
Abstract
The aim of this article is to describe and analyze the dynamic of an Institutional Program for the
Promotion of Technological Development in Health, starting from the main instrument of coordination: the cooperative
networks. The cooperative networks will be described and analyzed, focusing in the relations between the different
actors that stimulate the Program, the presence of information and communication technology and the sharing of the
technical-scientific base between the projects of the cooperative networks.
