Ideias são diferentes de maçãs - se eu tenho uma maçã e compartilho com alguém, saio sem a maçã. Mas se tenho uma ideia e compartilho com alguém, essa ideiacresce e saímos, os dois, com muito mais ideias. É com esta filosofia que as Comunidades de Práticas (CoP) vem gerando conhecimento em rede desde 2013, quando foram lançadas pelo projeto de Gestão do Conhecimento (CG) em BioManguinhos. Comunidades de Práticas são grupos de pessoas que compartilham interesse ou paixão por alguma coisa que fazem e aprendem como fazer melhor à medida que interagem regularmente.
Abstract
Ideas are different from apples - if I have an apple and I share with Someone, I leave without the apple. But if I have an idea and share it with someone, This ideiacresce and we leave, both with much more ideas. It is with this philosophy That Communities of Practice (CoP) has been generating network knowledge Since 2013, when they were launched by the project Knowledge Management (CG) in BioManguinhos. Communities of Practice are groups of people Who share an interest or passion for something they do and learn How to do better as they interact regularly.
