| Abstract in Portuguese | Trata-se de relato da experiência dos estágios não-obrigatórios em Nutrição da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Tem como objetivo subsidiar a reflexão sobre as normativas de estágio vigentes dentro de uma proposta para o acompanhamento desses estágios. Por considerar o período de estágios uma das principais etapas da formação do nutricionista e em virtude dos novos paradigmas que cercam os estágios, é apresentada a recente abordagem adotada para o desenvolvimento dos estágios não-obrigatórios em Nutrição. Pode-se concluir que essa experiência está sendo bem sucedida, pois além de atender à legislação, tem demonstrado que o acompanhamento do aluno minimiza problemas de aprendizagem, estreita as relações entre a instituição de ensino e a empresa, e, prepara o futuro profissional. | en_US |

| Abstract | This article discusses the experience of non-compulsory internships in the nutrition course of the Mackenzie Presbiterian University. The objective is to subside the reflection about the actual law of internship considering one proposal for the monitoring of these internships. We consider that the period of internships is one of the most crucial steps in the formation of the nutritionist and in virtue of the new paradigms that are presented for the internships, the recent approach adopted to develop the non compulsory internships in the Nutrition courses. We concluded that this experience is well done, because further than the attendance to the legislation, it has been demonstrated that the monitoring of the student downsizes the learning troubles, improving the relationship between the Education Institution and the company, and the preparation of the future professional. | en_US |
