O que se verifica no cotidiano das unidades básicas de saúde da Estratégia de Saúde da Família da cidade de Lajedo e diante da realidade que demonstra existir lacuna significativa entre o que se idealiza e o que se verifica no cotidiano dos postos de saúde da ESF, justifica-se o objetivo do presente Plano de Intervenção para implantação de um Programa de Formação continuada das equipes e usuários da Estratégia de Saúde da Família do Município de Lajedo, Pernambuco, viabilizando, aos trabalhadores e à população beneficiada, informações acerca da filosofia norteadora da Estratégia de Saúde da Família e, desse modo, otimizar os serviços prestados nas referidas unidades
Abstract
What occurs in the daily basic health units of the Family Health Strategy Lajedo city and face the reality that demonstrates significant gap exists between what is idealized and what is true in everyday clinics FHS, justified if the purpose of this Plan of Intervention training for professionals and users of basic health units on the Family Health Strategy, the city of Lajedo, Pernambuco, enabling, workers and the population served, information about the guiding philosophy of Family Health Strategy and thereby optimize the services provided in those units.
