O presente trabalho analisa as demandas de Gestão do Trabalho e Educação em Saúde nas Conferências Municipais de Saúde ocorridas no ano de 2007, dos municípios da Bahia contemplados com o Programa de Qualificação da Gestão do Trabalho e Educação em Saúde - PROGESUS e propõe, enquanto estratégia de implementação da Política Estadual de Gestão do Trabalho e Educação Permanente em Saúde, a valorização dessas demandas e a formação de redes de cooperação entre estado e municípios
Abstract
This study examines the demands of Management Labor and Health Education
Conference in Municipal Health occurred in the year 2007, the cities of Bahia covered with
the Qualification Program Management Labor and Health Education - PROGESUS and
proposes, as a strategy the implementation of the State Administration of Labor and
Permanent Education in Health Politic, the recovery of these demands and the formation of
networks of cooperation between state and cities.
