O presente estudo apresenta uma proposta de plano de ação para implementação da Educação Permanente em Saúde na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Lauro de Freitas, sustentado no planejamento estratégico e orientado pelos princípios e diretrizes do Sistema Único de Saúde. A metodologia utilizada baseou-se nos princípios da pesquisa-ação (Thiollent, 2000), na qual a pesquisadora é parte diretamente implicada no processo de trabalho, questionando e propondo alternativas de produção de conhecimento e transformação das práticas cotidianas. Partindo da análise feita no período de Planejamento da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde e dos estudos realizados durante o Curso de Especialização em Gestão do Trabalho e da Educação na Saúde, são apresentadas propostas articuladas entre educação e trabalho, compondo processos e práticas integradoras no ensino, serviços e organização do Sistema Único de Saúde no Município de Lauro de Freitas
Abstract
This study presents an action plan proposal to introduce the Health Permanent Education at
the Municipal Health Secretary of Lauro de Freitas, sustented on the Strategic Planning and
oriented by the National Health System principles and guidelines. The methodology used is
based at the principles of the action-research (Thiollent, 2000), in which the author is
implicated at the working process, arguing and proposing alternatives of knowledge
production and daily practices transformation. Taking as beginning point the analysis made at
the Planning moment of the Municipal Health Secretary and the studies made during the
Specialization Course in Health Work and Education Management, there are presented
proposals connected between education and work, constructing processes and integrative
practices in teaching, services and organization of the Health System in Lauro de Freitas.
