A Telessaúde vem tendo significativa evolução no Brasil nos últimos 5 anos, com o incentivo obtido junto às agências de fomento à pesquisa e com as ações governamentais, que possibilitaram a formação de equipes e núcleos de pesquisa em diversas instituições universitárias brasileiras. A Rede de Núcleos de Telessaúde (RedeNutes) integra o Programa Telessaúde Brasil Redes e desenvolve ações para a Estratégia Saúde da Família, por meio de serviços de Teleassistência e Teleeducação. Este plano de intervenção tem o objetivo de propor a Expansão da Telessaúde para todas as Unidades Básicas de Saúde do município do Cabo de Santo Agostinho. A Atenção Básica do Município do Cabo possui 38 Unidades Básicas de Saúde com 40 Equipes da Saúde da Família, porém apenas 02 estão vinculadas a RedeNUTES. A expansão da Telessaúde pode contribuir com a integração das ações de assistência e educação permanente, melhorando assim a qualificação da Atenção Primária do município, além de colaborar com o processo de institucionalização da Telessaúde no estado de Pernambuco.
Abstract
The Telehealth has had significant developments in Brazil over the past 5 years, with
the encouragement obtained from agencies that support research and government
actions that enabled the formation of teams and research centers in several Brazilian
universities. The Network of Centers for Telehealth (RedeNutes) integrates the
Telehealth Program Brazil Networks and develops actions for Family Health Strategy,
through Telecare services and tele-education. This action plan aims to propose the
expansion of Telehealth for all Basic Health Units in the municipality of Cabo de
Santo Agostinho. The Primary Care of Cape Town has 38 Basic Health Units with 40
Family Health Teams, but only 02 are linked to RedeNUTES. The expansion of
Telehealth can help with the integration of healthcare and continuing education, thus
improving the qualification of Primary municipality, as well as collaborating with the
institutionalization of Telehealth in the state of Pernambuco.
