Esta dissertação tem como objeto de investigação as redes vivas no trabalho dos catadores e catadoras de resíduos sólidos ligados a uma Associação de Catadores (as), organizados em torno do Movimento Nacional dos Catadores de Resíduos Sólidos – MNCR. O estudo foi norteado pela questão de pesquisa: “Que redes vivas são construídas no trabalho por catadores e catadoras de resíduos sólidos, organizados em uma associação”? O desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, a partir do
estabelecimento de vínculo com os catadores, permitiu acompanhar o cotidiano de trabalho e de vida, conhecer as motivações e desafios da organização política destes atores, mapear as redes vivas construídas a partir do cotidiano do trabalho, permitindo a análise da rede social de agenciamento e encontros. Caminhar neste território possibilitou discutir a identidade e trabalho na relação com a produção de redes vivas e os aprendizados desta vivência a partir dos olhares da Saúde Coletiva. O método utilizado foi a abordagem cartográfica que carrega a possibilidade de ampliar a visão sobre as produções de vida dos sujeitos e mapear a realidade. Este estudo pretende contribuir com a visibilidade e o empoderamento social e político destes trabalhadores. Pode ainda colaborar com o fortalecimento da organização política e o protagonismo dos catadores enquanto movimento social, na inclusão sócio produtiva, no estímulo à participação social bem como subsidiar atuais e futuras políticas públicas no campo da Saúde Coletiva.
Abstract
The investigation object of this dissertation are the alive nets in the work of the solid residues collectors linked to an Association of collectors, organized around the National Movement of Solid Residues Collectors- MNCR. The study was orientated by the research subject: "that alive nets are built in the work by solid residues collectors, organized in an association"? The development of this research, from the bond establishment with the solid residues collectors, allowed to accompany the daily
work and life, to know the motivations and challenges of the political organization of these actors, to map the alive nets built from the daily work, allowing the analysis of the social net of agencying encounters. Walking in this territory made possible to discuss the identity and work in the relationship with the production of alive nets and the learnings of this existence from the looks of the Collective Health. The used method was the cartographic approach that carries the possibility to enlarge the vision about the productions of life of the subjects and to map the reality. This study intends to contribute with the visibility and with the social and political empowerment of these workers. It can still collaborate with the invigoration of the political organization and the protagonism of the solid residues collectors while a social movement, in the social productive inclusion, in the incentive to the social participation as well as to subsidize current and future public politics in the field of the Collective Health.
