No nível
| pt_BR |

Abstract | The objective was to understand how are determined life and health conditions of the riverside
inhabitants of Mamirauá Sustainable Development Reserve, which the execution of the actions
of the management of the territory is accomplished by nonstate organizations and, for that, the
category of Juan Samaja's Social Reproduction was used. This is an analytical study type case
study. The area and population of the study were, respectively, composed by resident families
in eight communities that totaled 239 people. The stages of the research were constituted of
documental analysis, direct observation, interviews, structured questionnaire and analysis plan
of the data in multilevel perspective. The political reproduction emerges in the middle of an
epistemic field of the conservationist biology in the extent of a conjuncture of discussion of the
of State models and of Development. In the case, it was verified that that involved several
institutions, that act in a disjointed way with municipal health, that didn't solve, for instance,
the barriers of geographical order of access to health, typical of the way of life regulated by the
meadow ecosystem, nor the low education (42% don't know how to read) and the lowers income
(60,6% of the families that live with less than 1 minimum wage), as well as the deficient access
to bathroom and piped water inside their houses (17% and 25%, respectively). In the bio
communal level, these conditions, are expressed in the high complaints of health (78,8%) and
of work accidents (70,9%), as well as in the frequencies of diseases of water means and of
vector transmission. We concluded that the social processes that determine the situations of
health of the riverside ones are originated from the structure of power configured by the
superposition of action strategies of the state and nonstate organizations, which has been
producing interaction conflict about the responsibilities with the health attention. | pt_BR |
