O cuidado em saúde da população em situação de rua é complexo e exige respostas que
incidam no processo saúde-doença desta população. Compreende-se que a intersetorialidade
constitui-se como imperativo do trabalho das equipes de Consultório na Rua e como estratégia
para o cuidado integral. Este trabalho tem por objetivo geral analisar a intersetorialidade no
trabalho das equipes de CnaR do Município do Rio de Janeiro. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo
que utilizou parte do banco de dados do Projeto “Avaliação da efetividade do modelo de
atenção primária à saúde das equipes de Consultório na Rua (Cnar) do Município do Rio de
Janeiro”, intitulado nesta dissertação como “projeto-fonte”. Foram utilizadas trinta e três
entrevistas de trabalhadores das sete equipes de CnaR do município do Rio de Janeiro, entre
profissionais de nível superior e nível médio. Para análise do material coletado foi utilizada a
técnica de análise de conteúdo temática, sob a perspectiva de quatro categorias de análise:
vulnerabilidade social; cuidado ampliado; acesso às políticas sociais; e práticas intersetoriais.
Estas categorias dialogavam com o tema central deste estudo, intersetorialidade. Concluiu-se
que a intersetorialidade é fundamental para o trabalho do CnaR e a construção do cuidado
ampliado. Foi possível identificar diversas práticas intersetoriais e o reconhecimento da
importância destas práticas para as equipes. No entanto, a maioria das práticas são
desenvolvidas a partir da percepção de necessidade dos trabalhadores, dependendo de seus
esforços individuais. Poucas práticas têm apoio e fomento da gestão. Considera-se de suma
relevância que a gestão possa empreender investimento na organização de fluxos e práticas
intersetoriais, bem como criar diretrizes para nortear o trabalho intersetorial desenvolvido
pelas equipes de CnaR.
Abstract
The careful of health with homeless people is complex and demand resolutions to this
problem. It's understood that relations between the teams of Street Clinics works effectively,
with intersectoriality as a strategy for integral work. This article has the general objective of
making analysis between the team work in Street Clinics in Rio de Janeiro. The study is
qualitative and use part of the database of other project called “Avaliation of the effectiveness
in primary health care model of Street Clinics in Rio de Janeiro”, titled as a inspiration project
for this article. Thirty three interviews were made for this article, between professionals with
graduated level or high school level. The analysis of the material was made by the thematic
content analysis technique, from the perspective of four categories: social vulnerability;
extended care; access to social policies; and intersectorial practices. These categories were
related with the central theme of this study, intersectoriality. Was concluded that
intersectoriality is crucial for the work in Street Clinics and the construction of extended care.
Was possible to identify several intersectorial practices and recognize the importance of these
practices for the teams. However, most practices are developed from the perception of need of
the workers, depending on their individual efforts. Few practices have support, management,
and encouragement. It’s considered in relevance that the management can invest organizing
intersectorial practicies and creating guidelines to the intersectorial work developed by the
teams of Street Clinics.
