Com a instituição do Sistema Único de Saúde, apoiada pela Lei Orgânica 8.080/90 muitas mudanças aconteceram no setor saúde, entre elas o processo de trabalho dos trabalhadores de saúde, com isso, fatores positivos e negativos estão atrelados nessa conjuntura. O presente estudo objetiva elaborar um plano de intervenção com características de uma pesquisa-ação sobre a responsabilidade micro-sanitária a partir da reorganização do trabalho da Vigilância em Saúde do município de Altinho, no qual, serão planejadas ações capazes de intervir no processo de trabalho desses colaboradores. A intervenção se fará por meio da realização de ações mediante o cumprimento das seguintes etapas Diagnóstico - Planejamento da Ação Avaliação Reflexão. O plano de intervenção será desenvolvido de forma participativa junto aos colaboradores da Vigilância em Saúde municipal. Pretende-se que se torne um instrumento capaz de facilitar a atuação e compreensão dos profissionais junto a sua práxis, e corroborar com o sistema no caminhar desse processo, considerando a sua importância como componente estrutural para a gestão.
Abstract
With the establishment of the single health system in 1990, supported by Organic Law 8.080/90 much changes happened in the country's health sector, including the process of health workers, between this, positive and negative factors are combined in this structure. The present study aims to draw up a contingency plan with features of an action research on the micro-sanitary responsibility from the reorganization of work the health surveillance of the city of Altinho, in which, will be able to get involved in actions and planes process in the work of these workers. The intervention will be by performing actions upon the conclusion of these ladders – Diagnosis - Action Planning – Evaluation – Reflection. The contingency plan will be developed by the participation way next to collaborators of municipal health surveillance, and intended to become an instrument capable to facilitating the operation and understanding of their professional practice, and corroborate with the system walking process, considering its importance as structural component for management.
