A especialização no formato de residência é uma oportunidade para vivenciar o SUS de uma forma diferenciada, pois permite que o residente amplie seu olhar e internalize questões fundamentais para consolidação do sistema de saúde. Este trabalho consiste em um memorial de natureza descritiva e possui como objetivo central descrever minhas experiências e expressar minhas reflexões ao longo da minha Especialização em Saúde da Família pelo Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família FESF/Fiocruz, no município de Lauro de Freitas. Foram abordados temas relacionados à Atenção Primária à Saúde, tendo como centrais: Territorialização, Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco, Análise de Situação em Saúde e Planejamento em Saúde. Como resultado final, ressalto o potencial desses temas, considerando-os como pontos centrais para reorganização do sistema de saúde de forma a torná-lo mais voltado às necessidades da população, superando a lógica da assistência à saúde centrada na doença, principalmente neste momento no qual a Política Nacional de Atenção Básica sofreu modificações reconhecendo outras conformações na estrutura da Atenção Primária à Saúde.
Abstract
The specialization in the residency format is an opportunity to experience the SUS in a differentiated way, as it allows the resident to broaden their view and internalize the fundamental questions for the consolidation of the health system. This work has been a memorial of this practice and centralizes in my experiences and my reflections along my Specialization in Family's Health by FESF/ Fiocruz, in the municipality of Lauro de Freitas, addressing the topics related to the attention as Territorialization Assessment, Reception with Risk Classification, Situation Analysis in Health and Health Planning. As a final result, | highlight the potential of these themes, considering them as main points for the reorganization of the health system in order to make it more focused on the needs of the population, surpassing the logic of health care centered on the disease, especially at this moment. in the which the National Primary Care Policy underwent modifications recognizing other conformations in the structure of Primary Health Care.
