O trabalho apresenta como objetivo a elaboração de uma proposta de modelo de gestão da informação, capaz de acompanhar sistematicamente as compras realizadas pelas Instituições Públicas de Ciência e Tecnologia em Saúde, em especial as relacionadas com a pesquisa científica, tomando como referência o CPqAM/FIOCRUZ. O estudo aborda características e causas que potencializam os contextos gerenciais existentes na gestão das compras institucionais, que através da análise e verificação dos fluxos internos e das informações disponibilizadas, possibilitem elaborar uma proposta de intervenção voltada para as características da Instituição, e que seja capaz de servir de base para outras Instituições públicas congêneres. O estudo foi desenvolvido com base na pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, na análise da situação atual e na aplicação de entrevista, através de questionários quantitativos, com os pesquisadores científicos da Instituição, onde se verifica a importância do tema, relevância, necessidade, nível de aceitação e problemas relacionados. Por fim, apresenta-se a conclusão crítica dos dados e informações obtidas no estudo. Espera-se que este trabalho torne as informações mais ágeis, eficientes e claras, além de otimizar os processos internos de gestão, contribuindo para melhoria das pesquisas científicas realizadas pelo Órgão
Abstract
The objective of this work is to elaborate an information management model capable of
following up the purchases carried out by a Public Institution of Science and Technology in
Health, such as CPqAM/FIOCRUZ. The study approaches the main characteristics and causes
that enhance the existing management contexts in institutional purchases, which through the
analysis and verification of the available information, makes it possible to elaborate a
proposal of intervention tailored to the characteristics of the Institution, serving as a basis for
other public Institutions of the same type. The study is based on bibliographic research, with
the application of quantitative questionnaires with the researchers of the Institution, where it
is verified the importance of the subject, relevance, necessity, level of acceptance and related
problems. Finally, it is presented a critical conclusion with a summary of the information
obtained in the study. It is expected that this work become the flow of information more agile,
efficient and clear, contributing towards the improvement of the scientific research carried out
by the Institution.
