Em 2020, o mundo foi acometido pela pandemia provocada por um tipo de Coronavírus, cuja doença foi denominada COVID-19. No Brasil, todo o sistema de saúde foi afetado e teve que se adequar à uma nova realidade, incluindo a principal porta de entrada do Sistema Único de Saúde: a Atenção Primária à Saúde. Novas formas de organização nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde afetaram o cotidiano de profissionais de saúde e usuários. Este estudo tem o objetivo de, por meio de narrativas, significar a realidade vivenciada pela autora, enquanto médica de família e comunidade durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que utilizou como método a autoetnografia, definida como uma etnografia autobiográfica, onde descrever as impressões e afetações pessoais da autora agrega relevância para a compreensão de fenômenos culturais. Os resultados foram seis narrativas cujo cenário foi uma Unidade Básica de Saúde e uma favela carioca. Elas trazem as afetações que a autora vivenciou, e, através de seus relatos, dá voz também a favela, seus moradores e a outros profissionais de saúde.
Abstract
In 2020, the world was affected by the pandemic caused by a type of Coronavirus whose disease was called COVID-19. In Brazil, the entire health system was affected and had to adapt to a new reality, including the main gateway to the Sistema Único de Saúde: Primary Health Care. New forms of organization in Primary Care units affected the daily lives of professionals of health and users. This study aims, through narratives, mean the reality experienced by the author, as a family doctor during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative research that used autoethnography as a method, defined as an autobiographical ethnography, where describing the author's personal impressions and affectations adds relevance to the understanding of cultural phenomena. The results were six narratives whose scenario was a Basic Health Unit and a Rio de Janeiro favela. They bring the affectations that the author experienced, and through her reports also give voice to the favela, its residents and other health professionals.
