Este estudo apresenta uma contribuição para a formulação de uma política de inovação em medicamentos da biodiversidade assumindo uma perspectiva vislumbrada no horizonte de 2023 que considera a centralidade do complexo econômico e industrial da saúde e as tecnologias 4.0. A partir do conceito de medicamentos da biodiversidade são descritas: a organização de um sistema nacional de bioprospecção; a elaboração de um novo critério de propriedade intelectual baseado no Creative Commons; a elaboração de um portal da inovação em medicamentos da biodiversidade; a revisão da política nacional de plantas medicinais e fitoterápicos; e a revisão do marco regulatório pertinente.
Abstract
This study presents a contribution to the formulation of an innovation policy in biodiversity medicines,
assuming a perspective envisioned in the 2023 horizon that considers the centrality of the economic and
industrial complex of health and 4.0 technologies. Based on the concept of biodiversity medicines are
described: the organization of a national bioprospecting system; the elaboration of a new intellectual property
criterion based on Creative Commons; the elaboration of an innovation portal in biodiversity medicines;
review of the national policy on medicinal plants and herbal medicines; and the review of the relevant
regulatory framework.
