Este artigo apresenta reflexões com base na experiência e na pesquisa desenvolvida com as mulheres camponesas vinculadas atualmente ao Movimento de Mulheres Camponesas e também na interação com grupos, movimentos, articulações, práticas e coletivos de educação popular em saúde que atuam em todas as regiões do Brasil. Identificamos as bases do contexto e do cotidiano de vida, de resistência e de luta dessas mulheres camponesas, suas interfaces com os processos de saúde-adoecimento, bem como as contribuições político-pedagógicas que emergem nas práticas de cuidado, promoção e educação popular em saúde, próprias desses atores sociais.
Abstract
This article presents reflections based on
the experience and on research conducted with
peasant women currently tied to the Peasant Women
Movement and also on the interaction with different
groups, movements, coordinations, and collective
popular health education practices in operation in
all Brazilian regions. We identified the base of the
context and of everyday life, of the resistance and
struggle of these women peasants, their interfaces
with the health and illness processes, as well as the
identification of the political contributions and educational practices that emerge in the popular health
care, promotion and educational practices of these
social players.
