Objetivou-se desenvolver e aplicar duas atividades para o ensino das ações de promoção à saúde, segundo a Política Nacional de Promoção à Saúde, para se estabelecer uma conexão entre a teoria e a prática profissional de Agentes Comunitários em Saúde (ACS). Utilizou-se metodologias ativas, como a sala de aula invertida e a aprendizagem baseada em problemas. As atividades propostas despertaram reflexões e promoveram uma compreensão mais profunda da temática, estabelecendo uma conexão entre teoria e prática. Conclui-se que as metodologias ativas ofereceram uma oportunidade valiosa para personalizar o ensino e cultivar habilidades essenciais para o cotidiano de trabalho dos(as) ACS.
Abstract
The aim was to develop and implement two activities for teaching health promotion actions, according to the National Health Promotion Policy, to establish a connection between theory and the professional practice of Community Health Agents (CHA). Active methodologies were used, such as flipped classroom and problem-based learning. The proposed activities sparked reflections and promoted a deeper understanding of the subject, establishing a connection between theory and practice. It is concluded that active methodologies offered a valuable opportunity to personalize teaching and cultivate essential skills for the daily work of CHA.
