EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE, COMPARTILHANDO BOAS PRÁTICAS EM SAÚDE NA ABORDAGEM DO PACIENTE TABAGISTA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA

Objetivo: relatar a experiência na elaboração, execução e mediação de educação permanente na gestão estadual para o âmbito da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) e da gestão em saúde, em formato online. Método: trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência, realizado a partir das vivências em educação permanente no âmbito da APS e da gestão em saúde de uma cirurgiã-dentista residente multiprofissional em saúde da família. Resultados: a atividade ocorreu à nível estadual, durante estágio na Diretoria de Gestão do Cuidado (DGC) da Secretária de Saúde do Estado da Bahia (SESAB) na Área técnica de Tabagismo, em formato online através da plataforma Zoom. A atividade foi denominada de “Ação educativa do Dia Nacional de Combate ao Fumo: compartilhando boas práticas”, o público-alvo da atividade foram os coordenadores municipais do Programa Nacional de Controle do Tabagismo (PNCT) e Trabalhadores do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Conclusão: conclui-se que a atividade realizada promoveu um espaço de reflexão, compartilhamento, capacitação e motivação da prevenção e controle do tabagismo, por meio do diálogo como instrumento produtivo em saúde, pelo qual é possível compreender as vivências dos profissionais que executam os serviços de saúde e aprender mutuamente com elas
Abstract
Objective: to report the experience in the elaboration, execution and mediation of permanent education in the scope of Primary Health Care (PHC) and health management, in online format. Method: this is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach of the experience report type, from the experiences on the permanent education within the scope of PHC and management in health of a multiprofessional resident dentist in family health, Results: the activity took place at the state level, during an internship at the Directorate of Care Management (DCM) of the Secretary of Health of the State of Bahia (SHSB) in the Technical Area of Tobacco Control, in online format through the ZOOM platform. The activity was called “Educational action for the National Day to Combat Smoking: sharing good practices”, the target audience for the activity was the municipal coordinators of the National Tobacco Control Program (NTCP) and Public Health System workers. Conclusion: it is concluded that the activity has promoted a space for reflection, sharing, training and motivation in the prevention and control of the use of tobacco through dialogue as a productive instrument in health, through which it is possible to understand the experiences of professionals who run health services and learn from each other
