Objetivo: Apresentar a Agenda 2030 e seus Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável coloca importantes desafios para o mundo até 2030, com suas metas ambiciosas e inclusivas, instando governos, empresas e a sociedade civil, estruturando políticas públicas que promovam a translação do conhecimento no interior de redes de atores para articulação e produção do conhecimento, redes sociotécnicas.
Método: Estudo conceitual e teórico referente às Tecnologias Sociais como subsídio para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável.
Resultados: A transformação social será possível se alicerçada na ética da vida, com um modo de produção coletivo e enfatizando a redução das desigualdades sociais. Tecnologias sociais são práticas de intervenção social, que contribuam com soluções para a melhoria das condições de vida da população, gerando uma inovação social.
Conclusão: É preciso, portanto, relacionar tais conceitos com a translação do conhecimento para que a esperada modificação social ocorra, em todas as direções da produção do conhecimento gerado na interface do conhecimento acadêmico e os saberes populares. Essa será a base da geração, implantação e monitoramento das políticas públicas, mediadas por redes sociotécnicas.
Abstract
Objective: Presenting Agenda 2030 and its Sustainable Development Goals poses important challenges for the world until 2030, with its ambitious and inclusive goals, urging governments, companies and civil society, structuring public policies that promote the translation of knowledge within networks of actors for articulation and production of knowledge, sociotechnical networks.
Method: Conceptual and theoretical study related to Social Technologies as a subsidy for Sustainable Development.
Results: Social transformation will be possible if based on the ethics of life, with a collective mode of production and emphasizing the reduction of social inequalities. Social technologies are practices of social intervention, which contribute with solutions for the improvement of the living conditions of the population, generating a social innovation.
Conclusion: It is necessary, therefore, to relate such concepts to the translation of knowledge so that the expected social modification occurs in all directions of the production of knowledge generated in the interface of academic knowledge and popular knowledge. This will be the basis of the generation, implementation and monitoring of public policies, mediated by socio-technical networks.
