Esta dissertação discute até que ponto as atividades lúdicas realizadas em hospitais contribuem para a saúde de crianças hospitalizadas. A motivação para a pesquisa surge da contradição entre ações que buscam garantir melhor atendimento às crianças hospitalizadas, pois se constata que, por vezes, causam estranhamento e resultam na negação das crianças em participar das brincadeiras. Objetiva-se inclusive discutir o desenvolvimento destas ações sob uma perspectiva da mudança de modelo de atenção. Para isto, são apresentadas duas políticas de saúde como marcos que também colaboram para a discussão da presença do lúdico no hospital: as Políticas Nacionais de Promoção da Saúde e de Humanização. A literatura analisada parte das seguintes questões: como o brincar e a arte são utilizados em atividades com crianças? Como as políticas de Promoção da Saúde e Humanização podem contribuir na realização das atividades artísticas e do brincar?
Abstract
This paper discusses the extent to which recreational activities in hospitals contribute to the health of hospitalized children. The motivation for the research stems from the contradiction between actions that seek to ensure better care for hospitalized children, because it turns out that sometimes cause confusion and result in the denial of children participate in the games. The objective is to even discuss the development of these actions from the perspective of changing the model of care. To do so, two health policies are presented as markers also collaborate to discuss the presence of playfulness in hospital: National Policies for Health Promotion and Humanization. The literature reviewed some of the following questions: how play and art are used in activities with children? Since policies for Health Promotion and Humanization can contribute in achieving the artistic activities and play?
