O trabalho está estruturado em três eixos organizadores que representam um percurso de aprendizagem no curso: a Política Nacional de Humanização e dispositivos a ela associados, tais como os Colegiados, Plano Terapêutico Singular, Linhas de Cuidado e Equipes de Referência; a Educação Permanente em Saúde; ferramentas de gestão: a metodologia de gestão de processos, informação em saúde e indicadores. A Política Nacional de Humanização (HumanizaSUS) carrega em seu bojo conceitos disruptivos com as práticas convencionais nos serviços de saúde, e retoma de forma coerente e aplicada os princípios e diretrizes do SUS. A Educação Permanente em Saúde confronta-se com as práticas tradicionais de formação em serviço, baseia-se na reflexão sobre o trabalho cotidiano, tem natureza participativa, multiprofissional e a ação pedagógica visa a transformação das práticas de saúde. As ferramentas de gestão discutidas no último eixo são destacadas pela utilidade e compatibilidade com a gestão de serviços de saúde no SUS. Em comum, os três eixos viabilizam o desdobramento de seus conceitos em práticas no campo da gestão coerentes com os propósitos do SUS e que podem contribuir de maneira efetiva para o aprimoramento da gestão de pessoas no INI.
Abstract
The work is structured in three organizing axes that represent a range of learning in the course:
the National Humanization Policy and associated devices, such as the Collegiate, Singular
Therapeutic Plan, Care Lines and Reference Teams; Permanent Education in Health;
Management tools: the methodology of process management, health information and
indicators. The National Humanization Policy (HumanizaSUS) carries with it its disruptive
concepts with conventional practices in health services, and consistently and applied the
principles and guidelines of SUS. The Permanent Education in Health confronts with the
traditional practices of in-service training, is based on the reflection on the daily work, has a
participative, multiprofessional nature and the pedagogical action aims at the transformation
of health practices. The management tools discussed in the last axis are highlighted by the
utility and compatibility with the management of health services in SUS. In common, the three
axes enable the unfolding of their concepts in practices in the field of management consistent
with the purposes of the SUS and that can contribute in an effective way to the improvement
of the management of people in the INI.
