Este trabalho examina o Programa Escola sem Partido buscando identificar que concepções de
gênero e sexualidade perpassam o Programa. Neste sentido, realiza-se a análise documental dos
projetos de lei que o instituem e atualmente transitam no Congresso Nacional brasileiro. Percebeuse
na defesa da precedência dos valores familiares à educação formal, a preocupação do legislador,
particularmente, com a manutenção da heterossexualidade como a expressão “natural” da
sexualidade humana e a concordância do gênero com o sexo biológico.
Abstract
This paper examines the Escola sem Partido Program aiming to identify what conceptions of gender
and sexuality permeate the Program. In this sense, a documentary analysis of the law projects that
institute the Program and are currently in transit at the Brazilian National Congress is developed.
In the defense of the precedence of family values in relation to formal education, It was perceived
the concern of the legislator, particularly, with the maintenance of heterosexuality as the "natural"
expression of human sexuality and the agreement between gender and biological sex.
