Substâncias psicoativas no Brasil hoje é tratado como problema relacionado a saúde púbica, não somente um problema nacional como em todos os continentes do globo. Afetando diversos nichos sociais e de faixa etária diversa. Dados recentes demostram um resultado bem preocupante, revelando o Brasil como um dos maiores mercados consumidores de cocaína em relação a outras nações. Os consumidores, desta e outras substâncias de consumo ilícito, são tratados através de um modelo de tratamento que consiste em internação em estabelecimentos de longa permanência caracterizados como Comunidades Terapêuticas. O funcionamento das CT´s casas de recuperação esta normatizado pela Agencia Nacional de Vigilância sanitária (ANVISA), por norma publicada em Resolução da Diretoria Colegiada(RDC n°29/2011).O produto deste trabalho tem como finalidade desenvolver um Manual de Boas Práticas Sanitárias para O município de Seropédica/RJ. O trabalho baseou-se em um estudo retrospectivo no ano de 2013 e 2014, nos relatórios de inspeção e dados de pesquisa de diagnostico de problemas em relação ao cumprimento da norma citada, avaliados pela equipe de Vigilância Sanitária do Município de Seropédica.
Abstract
Psychoactive substances in Brazil today is treated as a problem related to pubic health, not only a national problem as in all the continents of the globe. Affecting diverse social niches and diverse age group. Recent data show a very worrying result, revealing Brazil as one of the largest cocaine-consuming markets in relation to other nations. Consumers of this and other
substances of illicit consumption are treated through a treatment model consisting of hospitalization in long-term establishments characterized as Therapeutic Communities. The operation of the recovery houses is regulated by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), as published by Resolution of the Collegiate Board of Directors (RDC No. 29/2011). The purpose of this work is to develop a Manual of Good Sanitary Practices for the municipality of Seropédica / RJ. The study was based on a retrospective study in the years 2013 and 2014, in the inspection reports and diagnostic data of problems related to compliance with the cited standard, evaluated by the Sanitary Surveillance team of the Municipality of Seropédica.
